We are looking for an early years practitioner with a full and relevant Level 3 qualification who has a genuine passion for childcare and brings strong knowledge of the EYFS framework into their daily practice.
What Were Looking For
Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
Previous experience working within an early years setting.
Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
A caring patient and enthusiastic approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for supporting childrens learning and development.

Your Role
Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
Plan and deliver engaging play-based activities that support childrens learning and development.
Build positive relationships with children families and colleagues.
Observe assess and record childrens progress to support their individual learning journeys.
Make full use of the nurserys inspiring indoor and outdoor environments to create exciting learning opportunities.
Promote childrens confidence independence and wellbeing through meaningful experiences.
Ensure safeguarding health and safety and nursery policies are followed at all times.
Work collaboratively with the wider team to maintain excellent standards throughout the nursery.
All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements including an enhanced DBS check satisfactory references and verification of the right to work in the UK in line with safeguarding responsibilities.
