Nursery Practitioner

Up to 28000 per year 40 Hours per Week All Year Round

We are looking for an early years practitioner with a full and relevant Level 3 qualification who has a genuine passion for childcare and brings strong knowledge of the EYFS framework into their daily practice.

What Were Looking For

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working within an early years setting.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
• A caring patient and enthusiastic approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting childrens learning and development.

Your Role

• Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
• Plan and deliver engaging play-based activities that support childrens learning and development.
• Build positive relationships with children families and colleagues.
• Observe assess and record childrens progress to support their individual learning journeys.
• Make full use of the nurserys inspiring indoor and outdoor environments to create exciting learning opportunities.
• Promote childrens confidence independence and wellbeing through meaningful experiences.
• Ensure safeguarding health and safety and nursery policies are followed at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to maintain excellent standards throughout the nursery.
