Level 3 Nursery Practitioner (Term-Time)

Up to 28300 per annum 40 Hours Per Week

What Were Looking For

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A warm caring and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
• Plan and participate in engaging child-led learning experiences
• Make full use of the nurserys extensive outdoor spaces to support childrens development
• Encourage curiosity creativity and independence through play and exploration
• Observe assess and monitor childrens progress
• Build positive relationships with children families and colleagues
• Create a safe nurturing and stimulating learning environment
• Maintain safeguarding health & safety and nursery standards at all times
