Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3)

per year Full Time All Year Round

As a Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner youll become part of a friendly and supportive team thats dedicated to creating positive early years experiences for every child.

What Were Looking For

  • Full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience working within an early years setting.
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
  • A caring enthusiastic and nurturing approach.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A genuine passion for supporting childrens learning and development.

Your Role

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Plan and provide engaging activities that promote childrens confidence independence and development.
  • Encourage childrens curiosity through play-based learning and free-flow indoor and outdoor experiences.
  • Support children as they develop the social emotional and practical skills needed for school.
  • Observe assess and record childrens progress to support their individual learning journeys.
  • Build positive relationships with children families and colleagues.
  • Maintain a safe stimulating and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
  • Follow safeguarding health and safety and nursery policies at all times.
