Were recruiting for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join an exceptional Outstanding Ofsted-rated nursery that has created an environment specifically designed to support children at every stage of their development.

What Were Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A nurturing and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
  • Support childrens learning development and wellbeing
  • Plan and participate in engaging activities based on childrens interests and developmental needs
  • Encourage childrens confidence independence and curiosity
  • Support outdoor learning experiences including Forest School activities
  • Observe assess and monitor childrens progress
  • Build positive relationships with children families and colleagues
  • Maintain safeguarding health & safety and nursery standards at all times
