What Were Looking For
Level 3 Early Years qualification
Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A nurturing and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
Support childrens learning development and wellbeing
Plan and participate in engaging activities based on childrens interests and developmental needs
Encourage childrens confidence independence and curiosity
Support outdoor learning experiences including Forest School activities
Observe assess and monitor childrens progress
Build positive relationships with children families and colleagues
Maintain safeguarding health & safety and nursery standards at all times
