30000 per year Level 3 All Year Round

What Were Looking For

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working within an early years setting.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
• A caring enthusiastic and nurturing approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting childrens learning and development.

Your Role

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
• Plan and support engaging activities that promote childrens learning confidence and development.
• Observe assess and record childrens progress to support their individual learning journeys.
• Build positive relationships with children families and colleagues.
• Create a safe stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Make the most of the nurserys spacious indoor and outdoor learning environments to provide enriching experiences.
• Promote childrens independence wellbeing and curiosity through play-based learning.
• Ensure safeguarding health and safety and nursery policies are consistently followed.
