Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
Previous experience working within an early years setting.
Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
A caring patient and enthusiastic approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for nurturing young children and supporting their development.
