What Were Looking For
Full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
Good understanding of the EYFS framework
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A warm caring and child-centred approach to childcare

Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
Plan and participate in engaging play-based learning experiences
Create a safe nurturing and stimulating environment where children can flourish
Observe assess and support childrens individual learning and development
Build positive relationships with children families and colleagues
Support childrens emotional social physical and cognitive development
Work collaboratively with the wider nursery team to deliver exceptional childcare
Maintain safeguarding health & safety and nursery standards at all times
