Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

28900 per annum 40 Hours Per Week

We are recruiting for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a warm and welcoming Good Ofsted-rated nursery that is committed to delivering exceptional care and education in a nurturing and inspiring environment.

What Were Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A nurturing and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
  • Support childrens learning development and wellbeing
  • Plan and participate in engaging activities that promote curiosity and confidence
  • Make full use of the nurserys outdoor learning environments to enhance childrens experiences
  • Observe assess and monitor childrens progress
  • Build positive relationships with children families and colleagues
  • Create a safe stimulating and inclusive environment
  • Maintain safeguarding health & safety and nursery standards at all times
