Level 3 Early Years qualification
Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
Support childrens learning development and wellbeing
Plan and participate in engaging activities that promote curiosity and confidence
Make full use of the nurserys outdoor learning environments to enhance childrens experiences
Observe assess and monitor childrens progress
Build positive relationships with children families and colleagues
Create a safe stimulating and inclusive environment
Maintain safeguarding health & safety and nursery standards at all times
