We are looking for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join its friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a nurturing environment where children are encouraged to learn play and develop confidence through meaningful child-led experiences.

What Were Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
  • Good understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A caring enthusiastic and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
  • Plan and participate in engaging activities that support childrens learning and development
  • Build positive relationships with children families and colleagues
  • Create a safe stimulating and inclusive learning environment
  • Observe assess and monitor childrens progress
  • Support childrens emotional social physical and cognitive development
  • Make full use of indoor and outdoor learning environments to enrich childrens experiences
  • Maintain safeguarding health & safety and nursery standards at all times
