Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

29900 per annum 40 Hours per Week Good Ofsted Rating

What Were Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A nurturing and child-centred approach

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
• Plan and support engaging indoor and outdoor learning experiences
• Encourage childrens confidence curiosity and independence
• Make full use of the nurserys outdoor spaces including the forest area mud kitchen and sandpit
• Observe assess and monitor childrens development and progress
• Build positive relationships with children families and colleagues
• Maintain safeguarding health & safety and nursery standards at all times
