What Were Looking For
Level 3 Early Years qualification
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Nursery Manager
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
Experience managing nursery operations staffing and occupancy
Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills
Ability to inspire motivate and develop high-performing teams
Passion for delivering outstanding early years education

Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operation of the nursery ensuring the highest standards of care and education
Inspire support and develop a passionate early years team
Create a positive and inclusive culture for children families and staff
Ensure compliance with EYFS safeguarding and regulatory requirements
Oversee occupancy staffing budgets and operational performance
Build strong partnerships with parents carers and external professionals
Monitor quality across the nursery and drive continuous improvement
Support childrens learning and development through outstanding early years practice
Promote the nursery within the local community and contribute to its continued growth
