Nursery Manager

41700 per annum 40 Hours Per Week

Were looking for an experienced Nursery Manager to lead a recently opened nursery that has been transformed into a beautiful welcoming early years setting.

Following a renovation a characterful building has been thoughtfully reimagined to create a warm modern environment where children can flourish. The nursery offers carefully designed learning spaces that support every stage of childrens development alongside a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional care and education.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident Nursery Manager who enjoys building strong teams driving high standards and shaping the future of a growing nursery.

What Were Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Nursery Manager
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
  • Experience managing nursery operations staffing and occupancy
  • Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to inspire motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Passion for delivering outstanding early years education

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operation of the nursery ensuring the highest standards of care and education
  • Inspire support and develop a passionate early years team
  • Create a positive and inclusive culture for children families and staff
  • Ensure compliance with EYFS safeguarding and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee occupancy staffing budgets and operational performance
  • Build strong partnerships with parents carers and external professionals
  • Monitor quality across the nursery and drive continuous improvement
  • Support childrens learning and development through outstanding early years practice
  • Promote the nursery within the local community and contribute to its continued growth
