An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Nursery Manager to lead a thriving early years setting where children are encouraged to explore discover and develop a lifelong love of learning.

What Were Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
• Previous experience as a Nursery Manager
• Experience managing a large nursery setting
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• Excellent knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
• Proven ability to lead motivate and develop teams
• Strong organisational and operational management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day running of the nursery
• Ensure high standards of care education and safeguarding are maintained
• Manage mentor and develop the nursery team
• Drive occupancy parent engagement and overall nursery performance
• Ensure compliance with EYFS requirements policies and procedures
• Monitor quality across the setting and implement continuous improvements
• Manage budgets staffing and operational performance
• Build strong relationships with children families staff and external professionals
• Promote a positive and inclusive nursery culture
