What Our Client Is Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or above - essential
• Proven experience as a Nursery Manager - essential
• A strong track record of maintaining or improving Ofsted outcomes
• A warm inspiring leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Sound knowledge of EYFS safeguarding and early years legislation
• Organised commercially aware and confident managing the day-to-day running of a busy nursery
• A genuine passion for delivering high-quality early years education in a rich resource-led environment

Key Responsibilities

• Taking overall responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and management of the nursery
• Leading motivating and developing a dedicated team to deliver outstanding early years care and education
• Ensuring EYFS delivery is embedded throughout with a strong focus on child-led exploration and creative play
• Making the most of the nurserys extensive garden and indoor resources to enrich childrens daily experiences
• Managing budgets occupancy staffing and resources effectively
• Maintaining and building upon the nurserys Good Ofsted rating through high standards and continuous improvement
• Building strong trusting relationships with children families and the wider community
• Preparing confidently for Ofsted inspections and maintaining inspection-ready standards day to day
