What Were Looking For
Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager ready to take the next step.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.
A passion for delivering outstanding childcare and early years education.
The ability to inspire develop and lead a successful team.

Lead the day-to-day operation of the nursery ensuring the highest standards of care and education are consistently achieved.
Inspire motivate and develop a team of Early Years professionals to deliver outstanding practice.
Maintain compliance with the EYFS framework safeguarding legislation and all statutory requirements.
Drive continuous improvement and support the nurserys ongoing success.
Build strong relationships with children families and the wider community.
Oversee staff recruitment training supervisions and performance management.
Manage occupancy budgets and resources to ensure the nursery continues to thrive.
Promote a positive inclusive culture where children and staff feel valued and supported.
