Up to 44500 per year 40 Hours per Week
Strong nursery leadership is about creating the right environment for children to thrive teams to develop and the setting itself to succeed.
This nursery provides dedicated rooms for babies toddlers and pre-schoolers with each space designed around the different stages of Early Years development. Children are encouraged to explore discover and grow at their own pace with a strong emphasis on developing curiosity confidence and independence through meaningful everyday experiences.
Were looking for an established Nursery Manager with at least three years management experience who can bring strong Early Years knowledge alongside the operational and financial skills needed to successfully lead a nursery.
What Were Looking For
- A Level 5 childcare/Early Years qualification or above
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a Nursery Manager essential
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS safeguarding and Ofsted requirements
- Proven experience leading and developing a nursery team
- Confidence managing budgets and the financial performance of a setting
- Experience overseeing staffing occupancy and day-to-day nursery operations
- A passion for creating environments that encourage curiosity independence and individual development

Leading the Nursery
- Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the setting
- Lead motivate and develop the nursery team
- Maintain consistently high standards of Early Years care and education
- Ensure the EYFS is embedded effectively across the baby toddler and pre-school rooms
- Oversee budgets staffing and nursery resources
- Manage occupancy and support the ongoing success of the setting
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding compliance health and safety
- Support continuous improvement across all areas of the nursery
- Ensure learning environments evolve around childrens interests and developmental needs
- Build strong trusting relationships with parents and families
