What Were Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
- Previous experience as a Nursery Manager within a nursery setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
- Experience leading teams and managing nursery operations
- Excellent communication organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate inspire and develop staff
- Passion for delivering high-quality childcare and early years education

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the nursery
- Manage motivate and develop the nursery team
- Ensure outstanding standards of care learning and safeguarding
- Maintain compliance with EYFS requirements and regulatory standards
- Support childrens learning development and school readiness
- Build strong relationships with parents carers and external professionals
- Oversee recruitment staffing rotas and performance management
- Drive occupancy parent satisfaction and nursery growth
- Monitor health & safety and operational standards
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the setting
