Are you an experienced early years leader looking for your next challenge We are recruiting for a dedicated Nursery Manager to oversee a respected and established nursery in Kingsbury.

What Were Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
• Previous experience as a Nursery Manager within a nursery setting
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
• Experience leading teams and managing nursery operations
• Excellent communication organisational and leadership skills
• Ability to motivate inspire and develop staff
• Passion for delivering high-quality childcare and early years education

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the nursery
• Manage motivate and develop the nursery team
• Ensure outstanding standards of care learning and safeguarding
• Maintain compliance with EYFS requirements and regulatory standards
• Support childrens learning development and school readiness
• Build strong relationships with parents carers and external professionals
• Oversee recruitment staffing rotas and performance management
• Drive occupancy parent satisfaction and nursery growth
• Monitor health & safety and operational standards
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the setting
