The Role

As our Nursery Manager you will:

• Lead and inspire an experienced dedicated team.
• Maintain the highest standards of safeguarding and child welfare.
• Ensure outstanding teaching learning and care throughout the nursery.
• Build positive relationships with children families and external professionals.
• Drive continuous improvement and support staff development.
• Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements and Ofsted expectations.

Were Looking For Someone Who:

Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 or above desirable).
Has previous Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager experience.
Has an excellent understanding of the EYFS safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.
Is a confident approachable and inspirational leader.
Leads with professionalism integrity and a positive attitude.
Is committed to providing exceptional outcomes for every child.
