Nursery Manager
Up to 53000 per year 40 Hours per Week
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nursery Manager to lead a vibrant child-centred nursery that offers children days filled with fun and adventure. With bright airy age-specific rooms plenty of space to explore and an impressive outdoor environment featuring a mud kitchen gardening area and exciting opportunities for outdoor play the nursery encourages children to develop confidence independence and a lifelong love of learning.
We are looking for a qualified and experienced nursery manager who holds a full and relevant Level 3 qualification (or above) and has a proven track record in nursery management. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience a solid understanding of Ofsted requirements and a passion for delivering high-quality early years education.
What Were Looking For
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience as a Nursery Manager is essential.
- Experience participating in regulatory inspections with Good and Outstanding outcomes.
- Strong understanding of Ofsted requirements safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience driving quality improvement and maintaining high standards across a nursery setting.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality pedagogy encourage innovation and promote service excellence.
- Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional early years education and supporting teams to succeed.

Your Role
- Lead the day-to-day management and overall performance of the nursery.
- Inspire develop and support the nursery team to deliver outstanding early years practice.
- Maintain effective regulatory compliance ensuring the nursery consistently meets statutory and Ofsted requirements.
- Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives across all areas of the setting.
- Promote high-quality pedagogy innovative teaching approaches and exceptional learning experiences.
- Build positive relationships with children families staff and external professionals.
- Oversee occupancy staffing budgets and the smooth operation of the nursery.
- Create a positive inclusive culture where children and practitioners can flourish.
