Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
Previous experience as a Nursery Manager
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Excellent knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
Proven ability to lead motivate and develop a successful nursery team
Excellent communication leadership and organisational skills
Passion for delivering outstanding early years education
Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operation of the nursery
Inspire support and develop the nursery team to deliver outstanding childcare and education
Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding compliance and EYFS practice are maintained
Create a welcoming environment where children feel safe happy and confident to learn
Support each room in delivering engaging age-appropriate learning experiences
Make full use of the nurserys spacious outdoor environment to enhance childrens development
Build strong relationships with children families and the wider community
Drive continuous improvement and maintain the nurserys excellent reputation
