Nursery Manager

Up to 47000 per annum 40 Hours Per Week

What Were Looking For

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
• Previous experience as a Nursery Manager
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• Excellent knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
• Proven ability to lead motivate and develop a successful nursery team
• Excellent communication leadership and organisational skills
• Passion for delivering outstanding early years education

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the nursery
• Inspire support and develop the nursery team to deliver outstanding childcare and education
• Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding compliance and EYFS practice are maintained
• Create a welcoming environment where children feel safe happy and confident to learn
• Support each room in delivering engaging age-appropriate learning experiences
• Make full use of the nurserys spacious outdoor environment to enhance childrens development
• Build strong relationships with children families and the wider community
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain the nurserys excellent reputation
