What Were Looking For
Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Nursery Manager
Proven experience managing a large nursery setting
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
Experience leading motivating and developing nursery teams
Excellent leadership organisational and communication skills
Experience managing occupancy budgets and day-to-day nursery operations
Passion for delivering outstanding early years education

Key Responsibilities
Lead the successful opening and day-to-day management of the new nursery
Recruit develop and inspire a high-performing early years team
Create a positive inclusive and child-centred culture throughout the nursery
Ensure the highest standards of care education and safeguarding are maintained
Oversee occupancy staffing budgets and operational performance
Build strong relationships with children families and the local community
Support staff through coaching mentoring and professional development
Ensure compliance with EYFS requirements Ofsted standards and nursery policies
Drive continuous improvement and maintain outstanding standards across the setting
