About our Clients

An experienced Nursery Deputy Manager is being sought by our Clients in Royal Tunbridge Wells this is a supernumerary role working alongside the manager of the setting supporting the day to day operations.

Working 40 hr week Monday to Friday with salary c33k depending on experience together with a joining bonus. Great benefits too and future career progression with this growing provider.

Requirements
What our Clients are looking for

Essential for the Nursery Deputy Manager Role
A minimum Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
A minimum 3 years experience leading or supporting a team in a nursery or early years setting
Has experience of being in a management role supporting the nursery in the absence of the Manager
Strong knowledge of EYFS Ofsted requirements and safeguarding practices
Support and supervise staff while delivering high-quality care and education across the nursery setting
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures within the setting
Build positive relationships with children families and staff in the nursery setting

Passionate about early years education and childrens development within a nursery setting
Confident leader able to motivate and support staff and contribute to the management team
Proactive flexible and committed to maintaining high standards across the setting
Promotes best practice ensuring a safe nurturing and stimulating environment in the nursery supporting the team on a daily basis
