Nurse

We are looking for a gentle soft spoken candidate but with determination and patience and a good sense of humour.

As a Registered Adult Nurse working within our packages of care you will provide a high standard of nursing care to our clients with complex needs. You will be expected to work closely with the family and MDT with oversight from the companys complex community nurse.

There will be an up-to-date care plan for you to follow to ensure that you are aware of the clients needs and wishes. You will be expected to provide holistic person-centred care helping the client to meet their full potential. The role of the package nurse can be extremely rewarding it also offers flexible working if required.

You will be caring a client with motor neurone disease with assistance of our existing care team.

Qualifications :

What youll need

• Registered Adult Nurse Diploma/ Degree with an active NMC Pin with a minimum of 3 years experience as a fully qualified nurse.
• Commitment to providing the best possible care for the client
• To be self-motivated enthusiastic caring and compassionate   
• Have experience with tracheostomies peg feeds ventilation support suctioning catheter care and medication administration.
