Nurse

What youll do

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced nurse to support two children in their home with complex clinical needs. These children are siblings one being 3 years old and one being 6 years old. You will be working alongside one of these children within this role. 

This rewarding role centres on building a trusting relationship with the child and their family while delivering high-quality nurse-led care including TPN via central line gastrostomy care and medication management. You will play a key role in ensuring the childrens safety comfort and development using your clinical skills and judgement to provide consistent person-centred care in a warm home environment.

• You must hold a up-to-date NMC Pin
• Commitment to providing the best possible care for the client
• To be self-motivated enthusiastic caring and compassionate
• Previous paediatric or complex nurse experience
