Based in the Luton area you will join a well-established Employment team working alongside some of the regions leading specialists.

This role is ideal for a newly qualified solicitor who wants to develop strong technical expertise while building their own client profile.

• Advising on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Supporting senior lawyers on complex tribunal cases and advisory work
• Drafting employment documentation policies and settlement agreements
• Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
• Building client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives
• Developing your professional profile within the local market

To be considered you will ideally have:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ level)
• Employment Law seat during training contract (or equivalent experience within a UK legal practice)
• Strong grounding in employment legislation and tribunal practice
• Excellent communication drafting and client-facing skills
• A proactive commercially aware approach with a genuine interest in Employment Law
