Role
- Draft and negotiateproject documentation and contracts including all standard form contracts and bespoke arrangements with support as required
- Work across sectors including health care education sustainability and renewables as well as real estate housing & accommodation property investment and commercial property
- Play an active role in business development
- NQ - 3 years PQE
- Experience ofworking in a construction or housing team
- Keen to develop knowledge of the construction industry
- Good knowledge of standard form contractsan advantage
