What youll be doing

Creating exciting new bakery concepts from scratch

Testing new ingredients and baking technologies

Working hands-on in the development kitchen producing prototypes

Improving existing recipes to enhance quality reduce waste and improve cost

Collaborating with Procurement Technical Production and Commercial teams

Presenting new ideas to internal teams and customers

Supporting factory trials and seeing your products launched into production

Were looking for someone who...

• Has at least 12 months bakery experience or a bakery qualification
• Loves baking and enjoys experimenting with ingredients
• Is naturally creative and full of ideas
• Wants to learn and develop a long-term career in food manufacturing
• Enjoys solving problems and thinking differently
• Is organised and can manage multiple projects
• Has excellent communication skills and enjoys working with people

A Food Science or Food Technology qualification would be advantageous but isnt essential if you have strong bakery knowledge and the right attitude.
