About the role

Working Monday to Friday 18:0004:00 youll take full responsibility for overseeing nightshift operations ensuring jobs are organised efficiently and all trailers move on time for onward journeys. Youll play a key role in coordinating between teams and resolving any issues that arise overnight.

You will be responsible:

• Organising jobs and collections for nightshift colleagues

• Loading and unloading trailers and preparing load lists and manifests

• Ensuring trailers are dispatched to ferry terminals in line with schedules

• Entering jobs into internal systems and completing accurate handover documentation

• Managing and resolving operational issues during the shift

• Coordinating closely with planning and warehouse teams to maintain workflow

• Leading the team to ensure safe efficient and highquality operations

About you

Youll have previous supervisory experience and feel confident leading a team in a busy operational environment. A valid HGV Class 1 licence and forklift licence are essential for this role. Youll also be comfortable using Microsoft systems to manage records and input job information accurately.

Youll thrive in this role if youre organised proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills a calm approach under pressure and the ability to problemsolve quickly are key. Youll be joining a supportive group of colleagues who work collaboratively and take pride in delivering an efficient reliable service.
