Were expanding our warehouse team and looking for skilled Warehouse Operatives / Forklift Drivers who can help keep our operation running smoothly safely and on time.

At Bullet Express youre more than just part of the workforce youre a valued member of a friendly and supportive team. Youll work with modern equipment and be supported by experienced managers while playing a vital role in keeping freight moving across the UK and Europe.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Loading and unloading lorries safely and efficiently.
• Moving and stacking pallets/boxes using a forklift and warehouse equipment.
• Spotting lorries and allocating freight to the correct routes and vehicles.
• Maintaining high standards of warehouse and yard cleanliness.
• Receiving and processing shipments with accuracy.
• Inspecting and maintaining equipment reporting faults promptly.
• Performing accurate scanning and data capture.
• Ensuring vehicles leave on schedule with correctly loaded freight.

You will work closely with:

• Drivers
• Shift Managers
• Office Support Teams
• Warehouse Colleagues
• Customers Suppliers and Subcontractors (as required)

• Valid Forklift Licence and hands-on experience
• Experience in a busy warehouse environment
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• A strong team player with a positive attitude
• Good decision-making and time-management skills
• Reliable hardworking and safety-focused approach

• Vehicles loaded correctly safely and efficiently
• Freight dispatched on time
• A clean well-organised warehouse and yard
• Equipment used responsibly and maintained well
