Location: Clacton-On-Sea
14.00 per hour Up to 34000 per year Overtime
Full-time / Permanent / Night shift: 8pm-8am

About the Role

We are recruiting FemaleSupport Workers / Female Care Assistants (which is a genuine occupational requirement due to the needs of the person we support)to providehigh-quality person-centred careto individuals in a supported living environment.

This role involveshands-on support promotingindependence dignity and choicewhile supporting people withdaily living activities personal care and community access.

Key Responsibilities

• Providepersonal care(washing bathing toileting)
• Support withdaily living tasks(cooking cleaning shopping)
• Assist withmedication administration
• Promoteindependent livingandlife skills development
• Support access tocommunity activities appointments and social inclusion
• Followcare plans risk assessments and safeguarding procedures
• Record and reportincidents behaviours and progress notes
• Work as part of ateam attending handovers and meetings

Skills & Experience

• Support Worker / Care Assistant experience
• Knowledge ofPositive Behaviour Support (PBS)
• Understanding ofsafeguarding mental health autism learning disabilities
• Strongcommunication and teamwork skills
• Reliable compassionate and proactive
• Flexible to workday shifts night shifts weekends and bank holidays
• Must maintainprofessional boundaries and confidentialityat all times
