Night Support Worker
Location: Great Bentley
14.00 per hour Up to 34000 per year Overtime
Full-time / Part-time / Permanent

About the Role
We are recruitingSupport Workersto providehigh-quality person-centred careto individuals in a supported living environment.
This role involveshands-on support promotingindependence dignity and choicewhile supporting people withdaily living activities personal care and community access.
Afull UK driving licenceis required for roles involving mobility vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Providepersonal care(washing bathing toileting)
- Support withdaily living tasks(cooking cleaning shopping)
- Assist withmedication administration
- Promoteindependent livingandlife skills development
- Support access tocommunity activities appointments and social inclusion
- Followcare plans risk assessments and safeguarding procedures
- Record and reportincidents behaviours and progress notes
- Work as part of ateam attending handovers and meetings
Skills & Experience
- Support Worker / Care Assistant experience
- Knowledge ofPositive Behaviour Support (PBS)
- Understanding ofsafeguarding mental health autism learning disabilities
- Strongcommunication and teamwork skills
- Reliable compassionate and proactive
- Flexible to workday shifts night shifts weekends and bank holidays
- Must maintainprofessional boundaries and confidentialityat all times
