• Pay Rate: £13.28 per hour
• Shift Hours: 8pm - 8am with alternate weekend working
• Work Schedule: 3 shifts per week (33 hour contract)

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Night Shift Care Practitioner you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents feel safe comfortable and supported throughout the night.

You will:

• Provide personalised care supporting residents with night routines mobility and comfort
• Monitor wellbeing observing changes and responding professionally
• Offer reassurance and companionship to residents who may feel unsettled
• Support with light domestic duties to help prepare for the day ahead
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure consistent high-quality care
• Take part in ongoing training and development

Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential.
