Cleeve Court is a purpose built 43 bedded residential care home. We support older adults living with varying degrees of frailty and a diagnosis of Dementia in a homely environment. Cleeve Court is situated in Twerton Bath and is based over 2 floors. It is easily accessible by public transport. This a Casual Role.

About the Role

• You will be working in a supervisory position supporting the Registered Manager with maintaining exceptional high levels of care and support to the residents.
• Your duties will include dealing with the day-to-day management of Cleeve Court supervision of staff rota cover undertaking audits and staff development.
• You will be required to have a good knowledge and understanding of CQC regulations following policy and procedure in a proactive manner.

About You

We would welcome applications from a variety of different employment backgrounds for example nursing domiciliary care learning disabilities healthcare etc. Where fundamentally you have experience of leading a team in a supervisory capacity.
