Job Summary

This post attracts a welcome payment of 5% of the starting salary for the grade to enable individuals to join our permanent workforce. This is payable upon successful completion of your probationary period and is subject to eligibility criteria.
Cleeve Court is a purpose built 43 bedded residential care home. We support older adults living with varying degrees of frailty and a diagnosis of Dementia in a homely environment. Cleeve Court is situated in Twerton Bath and is based over 2 floors. It is easily accessible by public transport. This a Casual Role.
About the Role
- You will be working in a supervisory position supporting the Registered Manager with maintaining exceptional high levels of care and support to the residents.
- Your duties will include dealing with the day-to-day management of Cleeve Court supervision of staff rota cover undertaking audits and staff development.
- You will be required to have a good knowledge and understanding of CQC regulations following policy and procedure in a proactive manner.

About You
We would welcome applications from a variety of different employment backgrounds for example nursing domiciliary care learning disabilities healthcare etc. Where fundamentally you have experience of leading a team in a supervisory capacity.
