You will be working as a Night Porter with a wide range of responsibilities such as:
- Welcoming late arriving guests and escorting them to their rooms;
- Assisting guests with luggage
- Providing advice onhotel facilitiesas well aslocal places of interest
- Valet parkingcars
- Preparing snacks and serving food and drinks.
Night Porter Key Attributes
- Clean valid UK driving licence preferred.
- Possess a welcoming personalitytomakethe Grand Hotel an experience to remember whilst retaining the ability to be assertive when required.
- Have excellent English language skills verbal and written.
- Be physically fit as some heavy lifting is required.
- You will have already gainedexperience within the hospitality or customer service industry.
