Do you thrive in a calm professional environment and take pride in delivering exceptional service This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Londons most exclusive residential developments as a Night Concierge.
Working as part of a dedicated front-of-house team youll help ensure residents receive a seamless and welcoming experience throughout the night while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.
You will need a driving licence for this role.

- 35250 per annum
- 4 on 4 off shift pattern (8pm to 8am)
- One-hour break each shift

Responsibilities as the Night Concierge...
- Providing a warm and professional welcome to residents and visitors throughout the night
- Answering calls and assisting with resident enquiries
- Receiving late deliveries and coordinating key requests
- Monitoring the reception area and maintaining a secure organised environment
- Delivering consistently high levels of customer service at every interaction
Were looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a naturally friendly personality. Experience within luxury hotels restaurants airlines or other customer-focused environments would be beneficial although full training will be provided for the right individual.
