NHS Coordinator

NHS Coordinator Administration Spire Elland Part-Time 10 hours per week

Spire Elland Hospital are looking for a NHS Coordinator to join their busy administration team on a permanent part-time basis (10 hours per week) to support the department.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service and patient care
• Booking NHS patients into the hospital and managing referrals
• Liaising closely with the NHS team and wider hospital departments
• Monitoring appointment outcomes and breaches
• Handling patient queries over the phone and via email

Who were looking for:

• Previous administration experience is essential
• Healthcare experience would be beneficial but is not essential
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Confident telephone manner and good attention to detail
