The role involves contacting prospective buyers arranging viewings and guiding customers throughout their purchasing journey. Youll develop strong knowledge of individual developments build relationships with buyers and use your sales skills to convert enquiries into successful property transactions.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a New Homes Sales Consultant:

• Winning new instructions and listing residential properties
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Providing accurate valuations and presenting services to potential clients
• Maintaining strong relationships with vendors and prospective clients
• Achieving and exceeding instruction targets
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Representing the company professionally at all times

• Proactively contact potential purchasers using an extensive database and generate new sales opportunities
• Respond to buyer enquiries by phone and email providing knowledgeable and professional advice
• Arrange and conduct viewings across a range of new homes developments
• Build strong relationships with prospective buyers and understand their individual property requirements
• Develop detailed knowledge of each development including properties specifications and key selling points
• Guide buyers through the sales process and identify opportunities to introduce relevant additional services
