Location: Hybrid working ideally commutable of London with ability to travel to developer sites launches & events

Salary: Up to 40k Basic Uncapped Commission

We have an opening for an experienced New Homes Mortgage Broker to join a market leading whole-of-market mortgage and protection advisory firm with an outstanding reputation.

This is a rare opportunity to join a specialist New Homes team working directly with developers investors and prospective purchasers - right at the heart of the new-build property market.

Responsibilities:

• Attending developer launches and property events representing the firm on-site
• Presenting to investors developers and prospective purchasers on the benefits of working with the firm
• Supporting investor and client open days
• Driving business development through networking relationship building and developer partnerships Applying expert mortgage knowledge of new-build lending and developer sales processes
• Flexibility for weekend events and occasional overseas developer events

Experience required:

• Proven experience in New Homes / New Build mortgage broking
• CeMAP qualified or equivalent
• Confident polished presenter comfortable in front of investors and developers
• Strong business development and relationship building skills
• Deep understanding of new build lending criteria developer incentives and off-plan purchase processes
• Willing and able to travel including weekends
