You will be responsible for identifying and securing new development opportunities building relationships with housebuilders and developers and growing the new homes portfolio across the region.

The successful candidate will combine strong sales ability with excellent market knowledge confidently presenting services negotiating agreements and developing long-term partnerships while contributing to wider business growth.

Previous experience in both estate agency and new homes business development will be essential requirements to qualify for this role.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a New Homes Business Manager:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities with housebuilders developers and landowners across Kent
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key developers and industry contacts
• Present new homes sales and marketing proposals demonstrating the value of the companys services
• Negotiate terms fees and agreements to secure new development instructions
• Monitor market activity and identify emerging development opportunities within the region
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to maximise performance across new homes developments

• Proven experience within new homes residential property or a related business development role
• Strong track record of winning new business and securing development instructions
• Established network of contacts across the housebuilding and development sector
• Excellent sales negotiation and presentation skills
• Commercially astute with a strong understanding of the Kent property market
• Confident communicating with developers housebuilders and senior stakeholders
• Highly motivated proactive and target driven with a strong focus on achieving results
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively throughout Kent
