Job Summary

A great opportunity has arisen for a New Build Conveyancer to join our Plot Sales team in Manchester. Youll be responsible for providing an accurate and efficient service to our House Builder clients in the provision of plot sales transactions from reservation to completion.

What will I be doing

  • Reviewing the preparation of plot sale Contracts Transfers Leases prior to issuing sales back to purchasers solicitors.
  • Responding to development enquiries.
  • Taking a pro-active role in ensuring client timescales are met or exceeded.
  • Liaising directly with clients and providing updates as required.
  • Preparing completion statements.
  • Utilising our case management system.
  • Maintaining and managing your own files.
  • Billing clients upon completion.
  • Post completion work.

Youll have

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook and case management systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work on your own initiative and as a member of the Plot Sales team.
  • Experience of residential conveyancing transactions would be advantageous but not essential.
