Werelooking for a talentedNeighbourhood Services Team Leaderto join our team. Youll predominantly be working in the West Sussex area and will be contractually based out of ourPortsmouthoffice. This a9-month FTCopportunity working 37 hours per week with a minimum of 20% of this to be office based to promote collaboration and team working within the Neighbourhood Services team and other colleagues across the business.

As the Neighbourhood Services Team Leader youll line manage up to8 Neighbourhood Officers who deliver a first-class housing management service to our be responsible for driving great team performance ensuring compliance with legislation policy and our own procedures and delivering excellent customer outcomes. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys motivating and supporting others and creating a culture focused on collaboration accountability and exceptional service delivery.


In this role youll oversee the day-to-day delivery of neighbourhood and tenancy management services working closely with internal teams to support tenancy sustainment income recovery estate management and customer with teams across VIVID youll work together to develop and roll out policies processes and create better ways of also be a key contact for external authorities and partners communicating with them to make sure theyre made aware of any customers who are in difficulty and may need a joint support approach.


As part of your management responsibility youll recruit supervise support develop and motivate your team. Thisll help them to deliver a right first time service focusing on the customers experience. Youll carry out regular one-to-ones and employee performance reviews. Identifying areas of training or development needs and making sure that plans are put in place when needed.


Youllhave proven experience in a housing management or customer-focused service environment with a strong understanding of the social housing sector relevant legislationemerging government policy and best bring a wealth of knowledge and experience working in service delivery and customer centric roles and as an inspiring people leader youll have excellent communication skills sound judgement and the ability to coach and develop others to achieve high performance ultimately helping our customers in the best way youll have a relevant professional qualification to support your experience in a housing related management position however this is not essential and well consider those qualified by experience.

This role requires a basic DBS check.

Asthis role involves travel a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle forbusiness use is a requirement. Business mileage will be paid.
