Neighbourhood Response Officer

Salary: 39408 to 45969 per annum

Location: North London hybrid working arrangement

Hours: 36 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

Were looking for five confident customer focused Neighbourhood Response Officers to carry out neighbourhood management of properties in the North London region.

Youll assist centrally based teams by completing customer visits viewing and sign-up appointments and identifying and investigating tenancy breaches and reports of anti-social behaviour.

Working collaboratively with other teams external agencies and residents youll ensure that Clarion Neighbourhoods are clean and safe identify improvements and investigate breaches of tenancy. Well look to you develop and deliver neighbourhood plans and local offers as well as working with local resident groups to develop local community facilities activities and events.

Youll take ownership to ensure that the estates you manage are clean and tidy and free from health and safety risks by reporting fly tipping and monitoring the grounds maintenance. Youll be required to regularly travel across local regions to meet our residents depending on the requirements of the business.

Applicants must have the ability to travel across all the north London region as and when required.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Corsica Street Wrights Road or Mick Fury. The successful candidate will be required to work from the office for up to two days per week and attend mandatory in-person meetings. Please note that these arrangements are subject to business needs and may be varied accordingly.
