About You

Engaging & Supportive Youlldeliver group work programmes that empower families and improve outcomes for children.
Creative & Collaborative Youlldesign and deliver activities that tackle barriers to family progression and build resilience.
Empathetic & Flexible Youllbring patience understanding and adaptability to meet the needs of families in diverse settings.

WhatYoullDo

• Deliver group work sessions and drop-in support for children parents and families.
• Develop and deliver programmes focused on health wellbeing parenting and relationships.
• Build positive respectful relationships with families and create safe spaces for learning and growth.
• Maintainaccuraterecords and ensure safeguarding standards are upheld.
• Work flexibly including evenings and occasional weekends to meet family needs.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Level 2 qualification or substantial experience in a relevant field.
• Strong interpersonal and group work skills.
• Knowledge of issues affecting children and families.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Commitment to safeguarding equality and health and safety.
