National Account Manager

This is a homebased role with regular travel to customer sites meetings and occasional internal collaboration. Being out with customers and seeing the market first-hand is a key part of the role.

This is a great opportunity to take real ownership of a diverse and fast-moving customer base driving sustainable growth while shaping how we show up across these channels.

This role is all about building strong commercially effective relationships & working closely with customers to understand their needs identify opportunities and deliver solutions that work for both sides.

Youll be:

• Managing and developing key accounts across grocery channels
• Leading on commercial negotiations pricing and joint business planning
• Driving both branded and customer-specific growth opportunities
• Working cross-functionally with teams across marketing category supply chain and NPD to bring new ideas to market
• Keeping a close eye on trends within foodservice and out-of-home channels to spot opportunities

Its a varied role where youll balance strategic planning with day-to-day account management with plenty of scope to influence outcomes.

Qualifications :

Were looking for someone with a strong commercial mindset and the confidence to build credible relationships across a broad customer base. Youll likely have:

• Experience in FMCG or Food manufacturing industry
• Grocery channel account management across retailers
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• The ability to manage multiple customers and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive solutions-focused approach
