Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and inspirational Music Teacher to join their school in Walsall. This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who wants to share their passion for Music and encourage students to develop their creativity confidence and practical musical skills.

The successful candidate will teach Music across the relevant key stages and will be expected to plan and deliver lessons that combine theoretical knowledge with practical opportunities. You will encourage students to develop their understanding of composition performance listening and musical analysis.

The role will suit a teacher who can create an energetic and inclusive learning environment where students are encouraged to participate and develop their individual strengths. The ability to engage pupils with different levels of musical experience will be particularly valuable.

There may also be opportunities to contribute to wider musical activities performances clubs and enrichment opportunities across the school.

• Music Teacher with the ability to teach across the relevant key stages

• QTS or recognised formal teaching qualification

• Strong knowledge of Music theory performance and composition

• Ability to deliver engaging practical and classroom-based lessons

• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

• Ability to motivate students with different levels of musical experience

• Experience of assessment and supporting student progress

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Enthusiasm for contributing to wider school musical activities

• Legal ability to work within the UK
