Multiskilled Operative

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Multiskilled Operative to join our growing team. This is a varied hands-on role ideal for an experienced tradesperson with a strong experience in bathroom and kitchen installs.

Installed and refurbished kitchens and bathrooms ensuring high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction.

Completed a range of maintenance tasks including carpentry plumbing decorating and general repairs.

Diagnosed faults and carried out effective remedial works across commercial properties.

Managed workloads independently ensuring projects were completed on time and within specification.

Maintained compliance with health and safety standards while working across multiple sites.

Collaborated with clients contractors and site teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multiskilled Operative or in a similar general building maintenance role
• Strong all-round trade skills (e.g. carpentry basic plumbing patch repairs decorating general maintenance)
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable punctual and professional approach to work
• Full UK driving licence (preferred/required depending on role)

Pay & Benefits

• 175 230 per day (approx.depending on experience)
