Multiskilled Engineer – Milton Keynes

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multiskilled Engineer to join a facilities management team supporting a prestigious corporate environment in Milton Keynes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified engineer with experience in building services facilities management or commercial maintenance environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities
  
• Responding to reactive maintenance requests and breakdowns
  
• Undertaking electrical mechanical and general building fabric maintenance
  
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs safely and efficiently
  
• Completing statutory compliance checks and maintenance records
  
• Maintaining plant rooms equipment and building services systems
  
• Liaising with site teams contractors and facilities personnel
  
• Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations
  

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Multiskilled Engineer within facilities management commercial buildings or building services
  
• Relevant engineering qualifications in either electrical or mechanical disciplines
  
• Experience carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance
  
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Successful candidates will be required to complete pre-employment vetting and security screening before commencing employment
  
• Candidates must be able to provide documentation supporting their qualifications employment history and Right to Work status
