Rate of Pay: 243.79 - 320.91 per day
Summary:
The Changing Futures Programme Manager will provide interim leadership for Liverpools Changing Futures Programme leading strategic partnerships programme delivery governance and system-wide improvements to support adults experiencing multiple disadvantage while ensuring sustainable outcomes through collaborative working across health housing social care criminal justice and community partners.
Responsibilities:
- Provide interim leadership for the Changing Futures Programme.
- Manage programme delivery priorities budgets risks and governance.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships across multiple organisations.
- Lead stakeholder engagement workshops mapping and needs analysis.
- Develop governance arrangements and long-term strategic approaches.
- Support co-production with people who have lived experience.
Essentials:
- Significant experience leading complex programmes or projects within public sector health housing social care or partnership environments.
- Strong programme and project management skills including governance risk budget and performance management.
- Experience building and managing multi-agency partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent leadership negotiation and influencing skills.
- Experience developing and implementing strategic plans and service improvements.
