Multilingual Dutch & English Speaking Customer Advisor

We are seeking a motivated and customerfocused Sales & Customer Service Agent to join a busy contact centre team supporting European holiday bookings. You will handle inbound enquiries understand customer needs recommend suitable travel options and confidently convert calls into confirmed bookings.

This is a salesdriven position ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced targetled environment. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.

Location: Hybrid Once Fully Trained Canary Wharf London

Salary: 12.79 per hour uncapped commission (OTE 3000 annually)

Hours: Full time: 37.50 per week Between the hours of 8am 8pm Monday Friday 8-4PM Saturday and 9-4PM Sunday. Shifts will include 1 weekend day every other week with a weekday given in lieu.

Training: Fully officebased

• Convert inbound calls into confirmed holiday bookings

• Conduct needsbased conversations to recommend tailored travel packages

• Maximise revenue through upselling and crossselling

• Manage booking amendments cancellations and confirmations

• Follow up on leads and support outbound activity during peak periods

• Maintain accurate customer records and follow internal procedures

• Fluent Dutch and English

• Proven success in a salesdriven or customerfacing environment

• Strong commercial awareness and confidence in closing deals

• Excellent communication and rapportbuilding skills

• Ability to multitask across calls systems and admin

• Experience in travel tourism or hospitality is an advantage
