Salary: 21-23 per hour (up to 47840 per annum) depending on experience and qualifications with an increase on completion of probation

Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday and 1 in 2 Saturdays 8am 12pm depending on business needs

We are looking for two Vehicle Painters to join our BRAND-NEW Accident Repair Centre in Bristol Portway. This will be our 40th site! You will have at least 3 years of vehicle painting experience and the ability to paint vehicles to the highest quality. You will be responsible for carefully preparing priming painting and finishing a variety of vehicles ensuring high-quality results that meet our insurers stringent standards. With a keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of automotive paints and finishes you will work efficiently in a modern fast-paced clean environment collaborating as a team player and consistently meeting tight deadlines.

The role will include but is not limited to;

• Performing repairs to an extremely high standard in Painting Panel and MET.
• Ensuring that all equipment and tools are used in accordance with defined safety requirements and maintained to a high standard.
• Performing repairs to an extremely high standard in Panel Repair/Replacement.
• Light MET work.
• Repairing through to filler stage.
• A clear methodical and clean working area which is to be maintained at all times
• Wear correct PPE whilst following all company Health and Safety guidelines.
• Follow company procedures policies practices and Production Managers instructions.
• Supply a positive & enthusiastic approach to your working day at all times

What are we looking for

• At least 3 years of vehicle painting experience.
• The ability to paint vehicles to the highest quality.
• Level 3 vehicle painting (not essential)
• at least 3 years experience in Panel Beating
• MET experience.
• Level 3 qualification is desirable.
