The role

We are looking forthreeMultiSkilledTradespersonstowork within the repairs teamand deliver an excellent repairs service to both internal and skilled tradesperson with a passion for improving homes and helping customers live safely and comfortably this could be the perfect role for you.

About you

In this role you will take a flexible approach to meet customer needsensuring clear and effective communication at all timesto provide an excellent service experience.

You will take full responsibility for diagnosing and completing repairs to the highest standard aiming to resolve issues on the first visit wherever possible. Working closely with schedulers you will ensure all actions are communicated and completed efficiently while focusing on delivering sustainable repairs that prevent repeat issues. You will also carry out void works to the required standards ensuring properties are ready for occupation.

About you

You will have proven experience and skills of working as a multi-skilled tradesperson across multiple trade areas along with demonstrable experience in a base trade of Plumbing or Carpentry.

You will need to have a working knowledge of health and safety and the ability to use / learn mobile software.

Experience of completing damp andmouldtreatments and associated worksis desirable

An NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or Carpentry or equivalent qualification would be desirable.

Applicants mustholda current valid will be provided with a works vanuniformand 200 tool allowance tomaintainand build your own stock of tools.

This post requires that the job holderissubject to a DBS check ataBasiclevel.
